Dr Louise Kostos is a Medical Oncologist and current PhD candidate. She obtained her medical degree with honours from Monash University in 2013 and completed her advanced training in Medical Oncology in Melbourne in 2020. Louise has a particular interest in prostate cancer management and early-phase clinical trials. She commenced her PhD at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre in 2022 under the supervision of Associate Professor Arun Azad, Professor Michael Hofman, and Associate Professor Luc Furic. Her PhD aims to identify ways to optimise outcomes for men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer receiving PSMA-targeted radioligand therapy.
